Thats funny... US-A hasn't been 90+ cents since mid-sept which is more than 6 weeks old.My broker and I have no recollection about these "new ASE rules" which is just plain gibberish or lack of info. Had no problems getting my trade order in on Friday. Please in the future get your facts straight!
