Andrew, Greetings from the CREAF Thread. If people want to know where at least a portion of the increased demand for Voodoo2 will come from look at the partnership announced by CREAF/3DFX at Comdex two weeks ago. Note in the press release that CREAF Graphics Blaster would incorporate Voodoo2 into its production late in 1st quarter 1998.

Now I've got a little more good news for you 3DFX ers. CREAF just released its Annual Report and will hold its Annual Meeting next week on December 11th. CREAF has a new initiative called "Building the Coolest PC" in which it is marketing complete multimedia kits to OEM's. Along with CREAF's award winning AWE64 Soundblaster Card and Cambridge Speakers, and EMU 8008 audio control chip, I'll bet Voodoo2 Chips will also be in those products.

So keep your fingers crossed that CREAF lands a couple of big deals- if so, then it should mean $$ to 3DFX- tune into CREAF's Thread on December 11th....

Sincerely,

A CREAF'er
