For yucks I am listening in. ATPG is out of money, even some of the lawyers will not get paid. They are arguing who will have some rights to try and get something out of the insurance companies. Some of the ORRI and NFI guys are continuing to try and have their claims go with the property sale. PB should be doing time. If this is not materially false info in the filings, I do not know what would be. He makes Bernie Ebbers look like a saint.
