I don't know if you continue to follow AMSC, but today a U.S. prosecutor filed charges in Wisconsin against Sinovel for theft of trade secrets from AMSC. Some watchers think the timing of the charges is related to U.S. frustration with China on the Snowden matter. At any rate, it could have some beneficial effect on AMSC. I also noticed in the most recent AMSC annual report and proxy statement that they may have to give up their interest in the Tres Amigos project in order to generate cash to cover existing expenses. Comments? Art
