Annual Report:

otcmarkets.com

Financial Statements:

otcmarkets.com

If I were an investor, the area of concern for me, is the flood (boatload, deluge) of stock sold at $.009

also, NOTE: the shares were issued at .009 for services, which means, there is a zero cost basis for these insiders, so selling them here at .007, .006, is a substantial profit for them

Therefore,

This as a stand alone entity, is not of interest ;

UNless:

unless it attracts a strong technology, after a name change that reflects the industry and the company's actual focus; Solar Energy Battery Tech, something, anything, complete with symbol changes so the letters slide off traders lips.....

SOLS...........SRAY >>>>>>>>>
The area of interest is SolRayo, the battery technology, the advances being made, ie., there is a reason the feds continue to fund the research, right?

Other areas of growth potential for EIPC, are in more technology transfers, if they are offered to SolRayo, can be just as easily handled by the parent; so, this is a shell, that isn't burning; for now; but it does bleed, no; gusher out, stock
SolRayo is the focus, and it is clear from what is already public, they have a future.

That's all I can say for now, until further developments.

BE ALERTED: I emphasized in this review that investors have an issue with the deluge of stock they see being sold into the street here below the $.009 cents that it is said it was offered at.

Anytime people are willing to dump all their shares in a company below the price they bought it,

would be if they expected to lose all their money if they did not sell it all.

I would advise anyone who is buying stock here, to remind themselves or better to ask themselves,
why would their be this wholesale mass exodus of stock, if the shell is not yet in danger?

so there must be another reason they are selling shares of EIPC, and, one of them, is

they may be buying shares of SolRayo.

If this is the case, I can assure the thread this one thing at all times,

the "WORD" on this message thread will be impeccable.

the messages I write here will be my "WORD"

there is no room for anything less, and it will not be tolerated.

I will not be able to ask for any information that is not public, for anyone, and there is enough already out there to figure out what is going on at SolRayo; but it is by no means a reason to buy EIPC,

there is only one reason to buy EIPC, especially at $.006, >007, etc.,

and that is because it still equates to a mere 1.6 million market cap.
and, where else would the stock be, the way it is vomited into the street by insiders

That said,

if there is any more appearance of some trader or investor intentionally "painting the tape" in the stock to mask their dumping;

I can state this with absolute impeccability;

call, write, complain, text, email, the SEC, FINRA and any State Regulator you can, if there is even as much as "an appearance of impropriety" I want it reported, and the company copied that the regulators are involved.

Anyone playing games in this stock, anyone naked shorting, or anyone trading on insider knowledge;

I want out early

It's clean from the start, or it is dirty forever.
that is how I view all this
