Musings from the Great White North

Perhaps I stared too long at the snow before looking at my TA graphs, but FWIW, here is what I see happening within the next week or two:

Commodity prices will increase

The price of Gold will rally

Long term Interest rates will rise by 25 basis points by mid month

The Dow Industrials, Transports, Utilities and S&P will all decline

Nasdaq stocks will also decline, but less on a percentage basis than the Dow and S&P

Small Cap stocks will rise

Most of this is based on divergences between the indices and CCI(14) as well as my overbought/oversold indicators. I think the early part of next week will continue the current trend, before any of this happens.

BWDIK, so take all this with a grain of salt unless it matches your thinking.

How's that for sticking my neck out? I realize most of this goes against popular opinions.

:-))
