I agree with this. Roberts has political ambitions. He is young and I read somewhere that he will quit this and then run for Senate and possibly President. Now that was before the Obamacare decision. I wonder what his prospects will be with a ultra conservation crowd if he decides to run for President. Those folks are sure to hold his Obamacare decision against him. However the right wing is in turmoil anyway. I am hoping Scalia and Thomas retire within the next 3 years. And if Hillary is our next Prez, then Scalia and Thomas would retire by the time she finished her first years. I also hope that Ginsberg retires while O is in office.That's because I understand that she is sick and that she is third in line with regards to age. I presume she is waiting for 2014. However she should do so now since it is a Democratic senate.
