I was also wondering about the annual report being nine months old.

I am used to companies having the stockholders' meeting about two months after their fiscal year ends, when they can hand out brand-new annual reports. Is it unusual to have an annual meeting at a completely different time?

Did long-term shareholders receive the annual reports when they came out nine-months ago? And did you also receive a copy now? I.e., have you received two copies? (That would seem wasteful.)

Or does the company have a way of figuring out who the new stockholders are, and they've only sent copies of the annual reports now to the new shareholders?
