Joan off topic:

i m about to close down my account at ML. but my assept power ends

in march. Ofcourse, they will want to get one more qurter worth of
comissions from me. I was not able to get trades in on Friday or
even get quotes from them.

Have they broken a contract here ? which I can use get out of my
one year contract?

I have been very happy at schwab and fido and even though my commisions at ML are not that much they have been toally worthless and
i have had too many bad experiences.

Is there any way I can get out of the contract? I put in a bond trade and for one week they have not been able to tell me at what price i got in. i think i can better service at discount brokers. thx.
