Are you aware that not every homicide goes to trial or even results in an arrest. The original decision by the Sanford Police/DA to not prosecute was based on the lack of evidence that a crime was committed. All of the evidence supported the self-defense explanation given by Zimmerman. And we are seeing that the original decision to not prosecute was the correct decision.
