I'm sure you have read what the company has said about the operations. I don't think I ever heard them to say they were unprofitable, or didn't fit into their plans. The point here is that this plant affects nearly 75% of the workforce and almost 50% of the assets of the company. Why haven't they given us a better explanation? If the RMCW deal falls apart, and I'm not saying it is, what is left of this company? And what's the stock really worth? What's it worth to RMCW right now?
