Excellent reseach. I'm impressed. Most penny stocks would not withstand such scrutiny. Unfortunately many are just thinly disguised stock scams, and so many of these slimy crooks are getting rich at the expense of the average investor. It is amazing these kinds of operations still flourish with no intervention from any authorities. I just read a story yesterday about SEC officials taking money as bribes, etc. It really is every man for himself in this investing business. There is noone else protecting him from stock hype scams.
