Petro, do you really think there is any money left for you in the dustbin? Its over, its been over for a very long time for this debt play. The small pump and dump is over too. You do understand this right, that you just can not get there from here? The lawsuit is pure hopium and best case is it makes the DIP folks close to whole. If you insist on rolling the dice, sell what you have and buy some other garbage stock that may actually run because of manipulation or real bogus news. AFFY, ACTC, ARNA, any other junior oil, gold or silver play, all have real shots at stupid luck. Bet against rising interest rates and buy WMC paying a 22% divy and you may have some cash generated from the remains. I mean throw a dart at any stock list or go to Vegas and roll the dice with them before you suffer more pain unless of course you enjoy being scolded and building up your LCFs. I do enjoy the scolding and try and tune in once a week or two if you insist. Good Luck
