Cymer is quite familiar with kamatsu, becouse most of the heavy equipment used to build the new manufacturing line at Cymer was Kamatsu equipment. Cat was selling to much product in japan and the North China sea, Hong Kong and had no x-tra. Seems the contractors in the orient would rather use Cat them Kamatsu.
