I don't know if that is accurate or where that claim comes from.

However, I think you're working overtime to try and oppose what the testimony I *DID* hear rather strongly suggested.

Just thinking logically for a moment, it is difficult to see how these events could have unfolded differently from the story Zimmerman (and now others) have told.

If Zimmerman were just going to murder the guy as Tejek has claimed, why would he have gotten involved in a street fight (where he was subject to losing the fight) first? That makes no sense at all. If you have a gun on you and you get involved in a street fight, it is entirely possible that weapon will either be lost in the process or become otherwise inaccessible and perhaps be used against you. Why would Zimmerman have taken that risk?

Does Zimmerman engage in this street fight, allow his head to be beaten into the concrete and his nose broken solely to provide justification for shooting this kid? That makes no sense at all. If this were cold blooded murder, Zimmerman would have sustained no injury at all.

Eyewitness testimony clearly shows that a "tussle" occurred. Is it your claim that Zimmerman started this tussle in order to have an excuse for murdering this kid?

The only way you can come to these conclusions you have is to discount all rational thinking in favor of this tejek-esque racist thought process that Zimmerman wanted to kill the kid for being black and structured this insane story -- where for all he knew there could have been 10s of eyewitnesses -- as part of this plan. It is pretty ridiculous when you think about it. The only really plausible scenario is essentially what Zimmerman has claimed.
