Mrpib ,At seven cents im certainly not pumping nor dumping ,i feel that the Bp lawsuit has great merit, there are many pention funds still holding ,The Stephen Taylor funds are still holding a large position in common and pref.If the 363 sale happens ,there will be class action lawsuits to follow it may take yrs to recover anything, but i do know the liquidation of Atp is not warranted, assets are not valued properly its very clear that the dip holders are trying to get the assets for a song. Bp did not put a cap on settlements and now are very worried about pending lawsuits like Atps, why not hold.If you have sold you may or may not be the smarter one.You mentioned several other stocks, ill give you a few beaten down oil stocks End , lpr, kwk, i own all three they are very heavily shorted for no good reason.
