Sentiment has been pretty bad in Gold issues since the breakdown below $1,500. Other things needed to line up before I could see a strong risk/reward ratio for a low in Gold and Silver, including probable upside targets suggested by chart patterns. They happened this week.

I can't trade by "feel" or intuition, although that works for many people. I need patterns supported by mathematical probability.
