Wayne; A minor uptick after a slow and steady dying trend. I hope this is the end. I made a mistake on NDE and bought when I normally sell. I did not do DD before my purchase - it was small and on impulse. Since then I have done DD and bought more in at a much lower price. I think things are looking up at SVB and good news will help all the jv partners.

Will help in investor confidence as these companies finalize their drilling programs for the spring.
