Was Martin engaged in an unlawful activity?
Definitely! His brutal assault of Zimmerman was definitely unlawful.

Did he have a right to be where he was?
Not with a hoodie! :)

Did Zimmerman get out of his truck to follow, ie stalk, him against orders from the 911 police operator?
Zimmerman did not stalk Martin. Zimmerman followed Martin for a few seconds at most.

The 911 police operator NEVER ordered Zimmerman not to follow Martin. He told Zimmerman "We don't need you to do that."

You are twisting the facts to incorrectly show Zimmerman in other than honorable and commendable terms. Smells of racism to me!

Did Martin have the right to turn and confront his stalker?
Once again, you are deliberately twisting the facts. Zimmerman, while on the phone with 911, followed Martin for no more than about 5 seconds. That is not stalking. In fact the 911 operator asked if Zimmerman was following Martin, not stalking Martin!

Zimmerman represents the best of our society. An honorable man who was sacrificing his time and putting his own life at risk to protect neighborhood families. Zimmerman should be greatly rewarded for his noble efforts, not punished thru a bogus, racist trial!
