That would make more sense to me but determining "who started" a fight can be a pretty hard thing to do sometimes, too.
In this case, it is obvious that Martin started the fight. Martin had no marks on him other than broken skin on his knuckles. Zimmerman had all of the injuries. Zimmerman never had a chance to throw a punch.

This case MUST be thrown out of court!
