Couples in Survivor is nothing new, but when everyone is part of a couple that adds a new dynamic to the show. I think they will start out together on the same tribe when the season starts. Everyone will have a reaction when their partner is voted out. Later on would someone vote out their wife, husband, daughter, mother ?? to get further in the game? It may turn out to be interesting or a flop, but I think they wanted and needed to try something new.
