For the past few weeks Fina has been attempting to farm out a portion of their interest (100%) in their Vietnam block adjacent to PM-3. The play here is exactly the same as IPC's with 3 or 4 undeveloped discoveries and 1 well drilled into the Bunga Kekwa structure. Can not understand why IPC would not be interested in this opportunity and fast track/reduce costs of development by tying these wells into PM-3 infrastructure.... Heard anything on this?
