I use agave to sweeten what I need to sweeten, I make my own blueberry and strawberry preserves, I also make my own apple lie without the crust and I use agave to sweeten it... no sugar spikes in the blood with agave... I used to be diabetic and take medications for it, but now I'm not taking any meds, my diabetes is completely gone, and my doctor told me that agave is the best thing to use for sweetening... GZ
