agave is mostly fructose which is extra bad for you in quantity . . .
so just because it has a lower glycemic index than sugar, does not mean you can eat a bunch of it.
Fructose is metabolized differently than glucose and puts extra stress on the liver
and produces lots of fatty acids and triglycerides as well.
In moderation, both agave and sugar are fine.
Otherwise they are both poison.
