NABI is not cheap based on its historical P/E range. It is trading at 20 times of 1998' earning estimate of $0.20, while its forward view is blurry than ever. I agree with BayWatcher, there are plenty of high quality under valued tech. stocks to invest, like CS, ORCL even AMAT and VLSI.
