Pardon me for intruding on what has apparently now become the ULBI thread. Being one of the shameless Valence boosters, I'm amused by the fact that this thread often seems to attract posters who don't own the shares and who usually speak more favorably of competing companies. For some reason, there isn't much posting taking place on those threads. Well, at least this thread provides a place for them to come in from the cold.

Javelyn, you have referred to IOM a few times in drawing comparisons in terms of the upward spike you expect to see with VLNC. I tend to agree that if we see a very rapid rise in the price, it will likely drop some until earnings catch up. How sharp that drop will be is hard to predict. I recall that IOM stayed above $50 for a few days after peaking at $55, and in the high forties a couple of more days after that. This, after rising more than 10 points per day at times. Astute shareholders had ample time to salvage most of their gains (I won't say what I did, but let's say I learned a lesson).
Anyway, If VLNC behaves in a similar fashion, those who may want to take their gains may well have the chance to do that, maybe even with stop-losses.
