We know it isn't going to "get dismissed". Anyone can sue anyone, regardless of how pathetic the evidence is. You can find an attorney who will gamble a few hours of his time on being able to extort money out of someone who has plenty. Always.

It isn't justice, but it is perhaps karma -- Deen will likely file for bankruptcy before this is done and Lisa Jackson will not get ONE RED CENT. But her and her attorney will have managed to take Deen down -- the same person to whom Jackson wrote a glowing letter of appreciation only months before, explaining she would never have had a chance without Deen and evil "Bubba".
