We know it isn't going to "get dismissed". Anyone can sue anyone, regardless of how pathetic the evidence is. You can find an attorney who will gamble a few hours of his time on being able to extort money out of someone who has plenty. Always.

You are really getting annoying. Why did you post this article from stitchesandditches.........what the fukk website is this......Jesus. Is Deen's attorney a good ole boy who likes to showboat? Why ask for a dismissal if its not likely the judge will not entertain such a request?
