Your reply is very much to the point. I do think that those who complain about management's big salaries (and that is certainly not something I like about the company) do not take into consideration how careful they are about spending on anything else. Aside from their own personal interest (which is understandable that they do put it first) they do seem very careful about the company and its expenses. They seem very concerned about dilution and seem focused on the long term payout. Those are good things.

On the other hand, maybe there is something that is in between hiring so many full time employees that you endanger your viability and something more modest. The real issue is if there are things that are not getting done. That is really hard to tell for someone on the outside.

I looked at your link to issuu.com but could not figure out which article you were referring to. Is it the article on AstraZeneca on page 74? I did not see anything about PVCT. Please clarify. TIA.
