They had an ME from Jacksonville on that never examined the body or GZ on the stand - very odd.

Very strange the actual autopsy ME has not been on the stand.

how did Martin's hands get below his body beneath his chest..

GZ got up when he saw flashlights (he thought it was a policeman) - TM was not dead yet and moved them himself.
