"It is hard to conceive of a mentality as simple as yours and Greg's. if we listened to either on of you we would be hanging young girls by the neck who had to end their pregnancy or locking them up in prison. That is after all the logical conclusion of your beliefs"

Definitely the logical conclusion of their beliefs. Yahweh even supported Lot who impregnated both his daughters and because of this he considered Lot "Just" and "Righteous" and loved him dearly. When the Church had power and was able to follow the "morality" (throwing up) of Yahweh to the logical conclusion, they invented some of the most cruel implements of torture ever conceived of by primitive superstitious people. Yikes! May we be eternally vigilant to make certain such cretins never again walk hand in hand with the king.

Of course, we ought not to be surprised at the immorality of true believers. They are only following the bible tribal myths of genocide and rape to their logical conclusion. Look at the most beloved of bible heroes--David. He who harrowed people and cut them to ribbons woth saws and axes as punishment for being from another tribe. Something about being incinerated in brick ovens sounds somehow familiar?

Yep! Humanity really had morality ACED when they were obedient to the morality of the great Yabby!

2 Samuel 12: 29, 31 (King James Version)

And David gathered all the people together, and went to Rabbah, and fought against it, and took it. . . . . And he brought forth the people that were therein, and put them under saws, and under harrows of iron, and under axes of iron, and made them pass through the brick-kiln: and thus did he unto all the cities of the children of Ammon.

1 Chronicles 20: 3 (King James Version)

And [David] brought out the people that were in [Rabbah], and cut them with saws, and with harrows of iron, and with axes. Even so dealt David with all the cities of the children of Ammon.
