Having been on a jury of murder cases I can tell you it's likely coming down to self defense. If the jury sees it that way ( self defense) Mr. Zimmerman will probably walk on the lesser charge of manslaughter as well.
All the other fru fru you're fretting over is just that.

Remember, all they need is reasonable doubt.
Sure looks like there is plenty of that.

As I said before if Mr. Zimmerman was a cop, never gone to trial. Same race. Never gone to trial.
This is a case of 'Mr O's 'my son'' and the media circus.

Now, if you shoot a police dog. Jail time.
