Doug, Instock and Sergio:

I have learned much from all three of you. I have met you personally and I have great respect for all of you. As a team, you have done some wonderful work together. Each of you has a talent that makes the whole stronger.

The value each of you lends to these threads literally can't be calculated in terms of money alone. Your guidance, comments, and expertise have done more than help us make money - as Carolyn said, you have taught us to fish.

Jim Strauss stated "Perhaps, stepping back and letting the perfect TA and FA Combos come when they come will bring us back to the original idea of the thread...". I agree that we may be trying to name a POW when the balance between TA and FA are not ready for such a pick. It should happen when it does. Plain and simple.

Lets keep the team (and the entire family) together. Forgive those who get frustrated with short term losses and vent their frustration in your direction. Their are many, many more who appreciate what you have all three contributed.

Instock, please reconsider your departure. Your talent and your friendship is needed here. Doug, Sergio - keep up the excellent work. Let's have a cigar and a bunch of drinks and talk about regrouping in the morning.
