That will be preferable.. and the sooner the better before 56 million feature phones become ZERO feature phones. Selling every phone for a LOSS is no way to keep running the company 2 and a half years after the burning platform memo... for me, the magnitude of the Q2 cash burn was unexpected ... if anyone can tell me how can Nokia lose $400 million to $1 billion dollars in Q2, without selling phones for a LOSS, I await your math. Nokia handsets is a loser and Elop should get rid of it before it takes the whole company down... OR do a 50% JV with someone (Microsoft preferably) that splits the losses, zeros the WP8 OS royalties, allows for WP8 AND Android OS smartphones, and gets Nokia some needed cash. JMHO.
