someone emailed me asking about the 10% or so of shiva's business that has been ibm traditionally. i remember it being mentioned in a recent conf. call but can't remember any significant change. anyone know?

also, re nortel renegotiation. it has to be finanlized soon because they said it would take effect with 1998. i suppose they could keep it secret but i doubt it. they announced the original agreement and terms. they have to brief the analysts.
