watching the ME cross examined by west.... just speechless witness was READING from his notes 'prepared answers' in anticipation of defense question... otherwise has 'no memory' of the autopsy west asked the JUDGE can i see what he is reading... witness answers "you cannot see MY notes" and then volunteers 'nobody helped me with MY notes' judge overules 'witness' and the attorneys get the cheat sheet.. witness asks aloud in court 'something funny in my notes'??? judge refuses to reprimand the witness break for lunch, but not before witness yet again insists he get his notes back, west motions for copies so he can study them at lunch run away as fast as you can from the state of florida
