Elmer, <Device physics didn't change in the last 3 months.> The physics did not change in the last 20 billion years or so, that is for sure. But what if the process was recently corrected in the direction of higher voltage gates? You guys together with process theorist Yousef-so-so are again fools around your own ASSumptions/ accusations.
