No, the Right is the one consistently making this an issue. The USSC set the limit at 24 weeks. For a state trying to change it to some other figure means it is challenging the Supreme Court. Which is not cheap in these budget constrained times. Given it is a rare procedure that is usually done only in extreme cases, I object to my state spending resources to make a point based on religion and using fake science as justification.
