Seeing as AMD cranked up the voltage a little and got more 233mhz parts, why do you suppose that Intel doesn't turn the dial a little and start making 333mhz PII's on their .35u process? Intel is running at 2.8v. That's a full half volt lower than AMD. Surely they could goose it up to 3.3, just like AMD. Why do you suppose they don't?
Simply, Intel isn't going bankrupt. Intel has a future. Intel isn't desperate. Intel doesn't have a Jerry Sanders.
