It doesn't matter if it's their fault or not. They are the ones that have over-extended the balance sheet to such a point that they have no more financial flexibility. The market doesn't care if the cause is storm damage, slip up and miss one bond intest payment and you're dead.

Do you expect climate change to prevent any more storms in the North Sea going forward? It's part of business in that part of the world, kind of like loop currents in the GOM lol.

Short-term price fluctuations on speculation mean nothing. Did you not pay attention when ATPG would rocket from the 10's or even lower up to the 20's? How did that work out in the long term?

END tipped their hand on how bad off they are when they entered the forward sale earlier this year. You don't do things like that other than in a fit of desperation. Oh and the CEO giving himself a nice bonus last year while fucking over everyone else sounds familiar.
