What you are saying may indeed may be the truth, but J. Andersen worked for GRNO for something like 4-5 years and he was a director of the company. He resigned shortly after the trading halt, and I understand that he has left the Law Firm he had been working at. Thus, I am merely infering that this resignation so quickly in the investigation seems to indicate some disatisfaction with his legal performance. To what degree, who really knows.

But as you say yourself, if the lawyers didn't guide you through the process exactly you could find yourself in trouble. What if your lawyer didn't do his fiduciary duty?? I don't have any evidence of any problem on the part of GRNO's former attorney except that BC remarked in the past that he was "pretty upset" with Andersen's performance. And I suspect that he didn't make sure that GRNO did what it was supposed to.

What I found particularly interesting is that SC brought up the complaint in October and has quickly resolved the situation. Why would they do that unless they have no reason to beleive that BC did anything wrong. Just speculating, but I would think they pursue it if their some culpability on Bill's part.

Hopefully we'll see some more information on this, probably when the offical settlement papers are signed (fingers crossed)
