Kiss of Death - a run of bad luck and thrn you go out and walk uner a ladder while you drop a mirror as the black cat crosses your path. In other words, the company has issues which they are dealing with. Legitimacy goes out the window when the promoters, hypsters, newsletter start touting the stock (for better or worse). The wrong type of exposure at the wronmg time.
