Matty, we did not make a mistake. We released information provided to us by the investors relations of
NETZ. Disregard what Bob is insinuating.

The Comdex website lists those with booths. Neither NETZ, Echomedia, nor Universal Commerce, Inc. are
listed. The company reported they were very busy this week from activity created at Comdex. I have not been
able to determine their method at the show, and where they demonstrated the products.

In conversation with Tom, he pointed out how busy they were immediately after Comdex.
