Your older brother was probably a lot larger and stronger than you, but that position is very easy to escape from.....ask any high school wrestler.... Wrestler's are taught to stay back on the body so the person on the bottom has no leverage and can't spin out. "How is it that you think that Zimmerman's nose got broken? How is it that you think that he got the lacerations on the back of his head?" According to the MA, the single shot to the nose was enough to cause all the wounds since it knocked Z onto his back and caused him to hit his head on the concrete... Zim doesn't have to prove why he fired that shot and why he was following....the jury is not stupid.
