Yep, that covers it alright. You could have stopped after the first observation since it renders all the others moot, doesn't it? I hear that Telemark is a complete bust, which would explain why almost 200 professionals from 15 interested companies looked at it in the data room over a period of 4 months and declined to make even one bid. And the loons think the DIP Lenders are stealing the bacon! What a laugh, eh?
