Liberals believe that minority liberals are not smart enough to get an ID and therefore ID laws for voting are discriminatory.

Liberals don't really believe that, but they say it to hide their real fear, the end of their massive voter fraud schemes. The one minority which has difficulty getting photo ID is dead people.
