I have pointed out that April is the first time foreign countries' UST position declined. Interest rates of the UST began to rise from May. And, the Fed hammered POG. I think the foreigners are dumping UST and the Fed can't absorb all of them, therefore, they invented the "taper" to cover it up. POG should be $2000 over night when this dark side is exposed. Ok...$4000 is fine. haha
