I believe the legal definition of burglary, which is what your reference refers to, is the breaking and entering of a domicile at night. IT'S OK to shoot someone inside your house during the day if the requirements of self-defense are met (would a reasonable person in the same position think they were faced/being threatened with deadly force), but you can't just blast them like you can at night. If my rusty memory is recalling correctly.
