DAK, I'm already starting to read how the housing market is starting to take a HIT because of these higher rates.

I know everything we've learned forever kinda calls for higher rates, but these are WEIRD times.

Usually you see higher rates when there's a higher demand for money, but corporations are LOADED with money.

The FED has turned everything into a roller coaster ride.

The DOW itself might be doing a bit too well. This earnings season may correct that a bit.
