OK. Don't know if this is a bug, or if I'm doing something wrong.

Latest OS X Version 10.8.4 on 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5 iMac, dual monitor set up.

Tried to drag copy a folder with contents from 1 window to another. The folder was to replace another one of the same name. It produced the dialogue box but then immediately reset the window in front of the dialogue. I didn't see it the first time, so I tried again. Now I've got two copy action dialogues and both are behind the window, but I saw it and moved the window out of the way to cancel one and allow the other.

I can't think of any reason the dialogue window would revert to the bottom. The only iffy factor might be that I was copying to the dropbox folder.
